1. Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 24 hours.
Please note that during periods of high order volume (such as major holiday sales), shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you directly via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited Shipping
- Overnight Shipping
Please note: Overnight delivery is only available for addresses within the continental United States.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.
4. Shipping Restrictions & P.O. Boxes
We currently ship to:
- U.S. addresses
- U.S. Territories
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
P.O. Box Deliveries
Expedited and Overnight shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses due to carrier restrictions. Please select Standard Ground Shipping for P.O. Box deliveries.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Astyn is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, and customs charges.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely and in hygienic condition.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Save all packaging materials and damaged items
- Take clear photos of the damage
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at: astynpbb@gmail.com
We will assist you with filing a carrier claim and arranging a replacement if applicable.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your property
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact us within 48 hours if the package is still missing
We will help initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
